Neuronale netwerken, een kort overzicht.

In het bijgevoegde artikel, wat zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels beschikbaar is, wordt een kort overzicht gegeven van neuronale netwerken.

Allereerst wordt weergegeven wat een neuronaal netwerk is, en welke typen er zijn.

Vervolgens worden enkele soorten netwerken beschreven, eerst de aspecifieke netwerken, en vervolgens de netwerken die passen bij enkele mentale functies: Bewustzijn, oriëntatie, intellectuele functies, psychosociale functies, temperament en persoonlijkheid, slaap, aandacht en concentratie, geheugen, psychomotorische functies, mentale functies gerelateerd aan taal, aan rekenen, sequentie in bewegingen. Een en ander wordt besproken, en de eind conclusie is dat er voor elke functie zoals beschreven in de ICF een neuronaal netwerk is.

In het artikel worden de genoemde onderwerpen kort besproken en sommige er van in meer detail in bijlages.

Neuronal networks, a short overview.

In the article, presented both in Dutch and in English, a short overview is given over neuronal networks.

Firstly is described what a neuronal network is, and which types there are.

Next some kinds of networks are described, firstly the non-specific ones, and next the networks which belong to some mental functions: awareness, orientation, intellectual functions, psychosocial functions, temper and personality, sleep, attention and concentration, memory, psycho-motoric functions, mental functions related to language, calculation, sequence in movements. These are discussed, and the final conclusion is that to every function like described in the ICF there is a neuronal network.

In the article the subjects are discussed shortly and some of these in more detail in appendices.
